• No Guarantee of Approval: The absolute authority to approve, delay, or reject any visa application lies solely with the Embassy, Consulate, High Commission, or Immigration Department of the respective country. Holiday World Travel & Tours offers absolutely no guarantee that your visa will be issued.
• Zero Liability for Rejections: We accept no responsibility or legal liability for any financial losses, non-refundable expenses, missed connections, or emotional distress resulting from a visa rejection, delay, or processing error by sovereign diplomatic missions.
• Embassy Fees Non-Refundable: All embassy application fees, visa sticker fees, and processing overheads paid to diplomatic channels are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, matching the global norms of international embassies.

1.2 Flight Ticketing & Airline Norms

• Intermediary Agent Status: Holiday World Travel & Tours acts strictly as an intermediary agent between travelers and passenger transport providers (airlines). All ticket issuances, seat allocations, and baggage allowances are governed entirely by the standard terms, carrier tariffs, and carriage conditions of the operating airline.
• Delays, Cancellations, & Rescheduling: We assume no responsibility for flight delays, mid-route schedule changes, operational cancellations, overbookings, or lost/damaged baggage. Any disputes arising from such incidents must be resolved directly with the airline under standard IATA mechanisms.
• Passenger Compliance Responsibility: It is the absolute and sole responsibility of the passenger to ensure they carry a valid passport (with a minimum of 6 months validity from the date of travel), possess all necessary transit/destination visas, and satisfy the mandatory health or safety protocols of the arrival terminal.
